How to get a positive expectation of the casino?

This is an interesting discussion... many people are following such strategies and tactics to get positive results from the casino. My opinion:
The paradox is that even if is working, I will never use it. I just can't imagine myself sitting with hours and playing in the slots. I deposit some money, play on higher bets, bam - bam - bam the buttons, and then or I win or drink a glass of water and leaving the casino with the same words which I always use after loss in casino - "Why, Whyyyyyyy, How can I be such an idiot again".
