    Hi my name is Deborah Borchard, 7 weeks ago today, I had deposited $50 into my woo casino account, as i had done many times before with no such winning luck, but this Friday night/ Saturday morning I was playing Elvis Frog in vegas, within 10 mins or so I won the jackpot and played my balance to $6000.56, my partners friend was ova and told us that his friend had won quite a large amount of money on another casino and told support that he had just been busted gambling by his partner and needed to withdraw his winnings as soon as possible so he didn't put it all back in, and his request was granted, so our mate told us to give it ago, as soon as i requested my winnings support closed my account and its all started from there, I have sent every piece of id and documents I could possibly send, only to receive pretty much the same email in return, international id drivers licence or passport, time and time again i replied with, i am disqualified so I cannot renew my drivers licence, so I uploaded old drivers licence with my proof of age card, i stated if they look closely both my drivers licence and my proof of age card have thw exact same number, the only difference is my proof of age card does not have an expiry date as it does not expire, i do not travel so i don't have a passport, and Australia does not have an international id card, i sent medicare card, pension card, car registration, mechanic bill addressed to me the same day of requesting winnings, front and back of bank card, bank statement, i even asked if there was anything else that I could get for them to make the process move quicker, something from the police, something witnessed and signed by justice of the peace, everytime yr case has been sent to the relevant department, I got a 3mth probation to send my drivers licence to woo casino, the email stated thankyou for providing us with the necessary id, basically we will get back to u once the relevant department is ready, the next message basically stated we have noticed fraud on yr account can u explain why, i replied excuse me, i don't know exactly what it is that ur implying and that i am very insulted by this new excuse from the very start, and basically my money has now been confiscated and there is nothing that I can do about it, they have noticed fraud on my account, so please explain this to me, how can they notice fraud on my account, since my account was disabled within half an hr of me requesting my winnings, i would love to know how they can just get away with treating their players the way that they do, i deposited $50 claimed no bonuses and won fair and square, username= unhappyid76, deborahborchard76@gmail.com is my email associated with the account and last 3 digits of card is 7268. Please Help Me
