  • Not A Fair Go At All!

I was a loyal Fair Go Casino player for over a year and made deposits totalling $2050. In January this year my mum passed & the casino was a good distraction.
On Jan 20th I deposited $50 with bonus code MAGIC150 which gave me 150% and 50 free spins valid for Magic Mushroom slot at 30x wagering.
My 50 free spins only won $10.
I also had claimed a no deposit bonus sometime that day ASG-25 which gave me 25 free spins valid for Asgard Slot at 60x wagering.
My 25 free spins won $7.50.
After a good run on a few machines I ended up with a balance of almost $7000. I had already submitted all the required documents so proceeded to make a withdrawal request.
Fair Go charges $50 for wire transfers and the maximum is $2500, so I put in a request for $2550.
Mums funeral was a few days before and a lot of family was still in town so I booked a table and took them all out for dinner, my shout of course. I was so stoked with my good fortune & had plans for a holiday to visit family that couldn't attend the funeral due to the bushfires closing almost every way into town.,
Anyway, the next day I received advice that my withdrawal request was declined. When I logged in my balance was already gone. All they left me was $200. I was completely devastated. I am always extra cautious with bonuses and read the terms twice. Dont understand how I missed the max payout condition. I was so done with Fair Go. Redeemed my comp points and made a final withdrawal request for $230.
The saga continues as they decline my $230 withdrawal request and when I log in my balance is reduced to $180. What happened to the money from my comp points??? I was so sick of hearing how there was nothing they could do I just withdrew the $180 and never looked back.
Definately DO NOT reccommend Fair Go Casino
