Split Aces Casino - not paying out
I recently won 45,000 euros with Split Aces Casino and they are refusing to pay out. I have sent an email of complaint to them to be ignored twice. I am at my its end as i won this money fair and square and I want my winnings.
I deposited 25 euro, I received a 125 euro bonus that can only be used on bonus games. I won the money on a none bonus game while using my 25 euro I never once touched the bonus funds. I won the jackpot on Monkey Money. I then withdrew 20k, when requesting withdrawal it was stated in a pop up box that my 125 bonus would be removed. I clicked yes. I then went on to win another 25k.
Can you please help me??
